QMS is system of documenting processes, procedures, and responsibilities for achieving policy objectives regarding quality of a product to meet statutory and regulatory requirements. A Quality Manager coordinates the activities involving production of product right from outsourcing of materials, processing, manufacturing, testing, launching and marketing of the product. One of the major concerns of the quality manager is to maintain quality of a product through the international standard guide of ISO 9001: 2015.
